883: Reflections from... 16 YEARS!

What if your late-night passion project could evolve into a thriving business with millions of visitors and a full team of dedicated employees? Sixteen years ago, a heartfelt plea for Cristiano Ronaldo to stay at Manchester United sparked the creation of a soccer blog that would transform my entrepreneurial journey. Join me as I recount the serendipitous beginnings of my first business in June 2008, and the invaluable lessons learned about digital marketing, SEO, and revenue management along the way.

The journey was anything but smooth. For the first six months, we had no readers, and we made just $200 in the first year. Yet persistence and innovative growth tactics, like mastering SEO and forging strategic collaborations, led us to success. From leaving the website open on store devices to navigating legal battles and securing sponsorships from global brands, every challenge became a stepping stone. Discover how these experiences have shaped my approach to running a business and underscored the importance of unseen preparation and perseverance.

Reflecting on 16 years in the entrepreneurial world, I’ll share insights on the significance of mindset, persistence, and pursuing work that truly resonates with you. The journey has been filled with both highs and lows, but passion made it all worthwhile. These reflections highlight that enduring difficulties in business and life is part of a rewarding journey. Hey, what is up?

00:00:01.102 --> 00:00:04.331
Welcome to this episode of the Wantrepreneur to Entrepreneur podcast.

00:00:04.331 --> 00:00:16.460
As always, I'm your host, brian Lofermento, and in this episode I'm going to share with you my very personal thoughts and reflections on an important milestone in my entrepreneurial journey.

00:00:16.460 --> 00:00:23.774
A few weeks ago to the day celebrated 16 years since I started my very first business.

00:00:23.774 --> 00:00:29.588
So obviously I've been reflecting a lot on that journey Lessons learned, because I want to bring you the real stuff.

00:00:29.588 --> 00:00:31.111
I'm excited about this one.

00:00:31.111 --> 00:00:32.180
Let's dive in.

00:00:35.866 --> 00:00:55.186
As I stated in the intro and the teaser a few weeks ago, middle of June celebrates my anniversary of starting my first business, and a few weeks ago for me this year, it's been 16 years since I started my first business, which is absolutely it's a crazy amount of time to think about.

00:00:55.186 --> 00:00:57.054
I was only 19 years old.

00:00:57.054 --> 00:00:59.081
I still remember that summer day.

00:00:59.081 --> 00:01:00.845
It was actually super late at night.

00:01:00.845 --> 00:01:05.625
I feel like all the greatest business breakthroughs that I've had have come very late at night.

00:01:05.625 --> 00:01:11.986
As a chronic night owl, it's when I do my best work, it's when I do my best thinking, it's when I'm the most alive.

00:01:11.986 --> 00:01:25.489
And so, if we go all the way back to June of 2008, it was the summer after my freshman year of college and I was actually I was just on the verge of starting what was going to be my summer job.

00:01:25.489 --> 00:01:31.980
But I did have a little bit of time of summer to actually just do nothing and hang out with all my friends.

00:01:31.980 --> 00:01:33.620
You know, it was our first year of college.

00:01:33.620 --> 00:01:46.316
So, spending the summer back in my old hometown in central Massachusetts, it was cool to catch up with everyone and hear what their college experience was like and play soccer every single day and just do you know things that teenagers want to do.

00:01:46.316 --> 00:01:57.043
I mean we were going to batting cages, driving range, just having so much fun that summer ahead of kind of the real world, starting with all of our internships and jobs that we were all going to go in our own separate ways for.

00:01:57.043 --> 00:02:15.372
But for me personally, this is something I don't know if I've ever shared this part of my business journey, but it's actually ironic if I never have shared it, because this is the very building blocks, this is the very ground floor foundation as to how and why and when I started my first business.

00:02:15.372 --> 00:02:26.102
None of this, none of this 900 episodes of this podcast, my book, all of my businesses in my portfolio none of this would have existed without this story I'm about to tell you so.

00:02:26.443 --> 00:02:36.752
It was the middle of the night, june of 2008, and there was one big rumor going around in the soccer world, and that was that Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to leave Manchester United.

00:02:36.752 --> 00:02:57.973
Now this is coming after an incredible season when we just won the Premier League, we won the Champions League, our team was one of if not the undisputed best teams on planet Earth, and it was an incredible feeling, but it was kind of tainted by the fact that Ronaldo wanted to leave, the best player in the world that we signed as a teenager.

00:02:57.973 --> 00:03:09.675
We saw him grow up as a Manchester United player, and then he wanted to leave for Real Madrid, and I felt so strongly about this, so passionately about this, that I he wanted to leave for Real Madrid, and I felt so strongly about this, so passionately about this, that I just wanted to express myself.

00:03:09.675 --> 00:03:15.520
I was talking to all my friends about it and I felt like I was just making a lot of really good points as to why he should stay.

00:03:15.520 --> 00:03:29.069
Good thing he didn't listen to me, because Ronaldo went on to become the greatest goal scorer in the history of the sport, and so he did a lot of great things at Real Madrid and then Juventus, and he's just had an incredible career.

00:03:29.069 --> 00:03:34.860
Now, obviously, he's playing in the Saudi Pro League, he's won things with Portugal, so he's had an incredible career.

00:03:34.860 --> 00:03:39.161
But it did move me enough to in the middle of the night I went to.

00:03:39.161 --> 00:03:46.182
It was either bloggercom or blogspotcom, I can't remember, because it's the same thing, just bloggercom or blogspotcom.

00:03:46.182 --> 00:03:47.227
I can't remember, because it's the same thing, just.

00:03:47.247 --> 00:04:11.569
Google rebranded this blog service quite a few times during that time period, and so I went to that website to start my own soccer blog and I just the first ever article that I wrote was an open letter to Cristiano Ronaldo on why he shouldn't leave Manchester United, and it was just purely from a fan's perspective, and so it was just my passionate plea, knowing full well that he would never actually read it, but it was me just expressing myself.

00:04:11.569 --> 00:04:20.660
And so that little tiny soccer blog that started with a passionate plea to Cristiano Ronaldo to not leave Manchester United, that turned into my first business.

00:04:20.660 --> 00:04:23.149
That turned into a business where I started doing.

00:04:23.149 --> 00:04:27.348
There were times where I was doing $1,000 a day in advertising revenue.

00:04:27.348 --> 00:04:29.254
I had 20 people working for me.

00:04:29.254 --> 00:04:33.334
We had three and a half million visitors every single month from all over the world.

00:04:33.334 --> 00:04:37.646
We were named by the English Football Association as the fan's favorite football website.

00:04:37.646 --> 00:04:45.416
We literally became one of the most read soccer websites on planet earth when 80% of our traffic came from england.

00:04:45.478 --> 00:04:58.391
I was interviewing some of the world's biggest names wayne, rooney, jose marino, strahlix, ferguson incredible, illustrious names in the history of soccer not just present day soccer and I was traveling.

00:04:58.391 --> 00:05:00.100
There's so much good that came from it.

00:05:00.100 --> 00:05:20.134
I learned a lot about search engine optimization, about digital marketing, about negotiating deals, about bringing in sponsorship money and how to manage revenue and cash flow and expenses and staff and workflows and processes and implementing SOPs and dealing with kind of HR issues.

00:05:20.134 --> 00:05:22.735
There was so much that I learned from that.

00:05:22.735 --> 00:05:36.488
But if you think about it, it all started very unintentionally, probably around two o'clock in the morning in my parents' house in my childhood bedroom with a laptop, just writing about why Cristiano Ronaldo shouldn't leave.

00:05:36.639 --> 00:05:46.728
Now, the reason why I tell you this story is because it is absolutely ridiculous to think about all the things that that one article, that impassioned plea from 19-year-old me.

00:05:46.728 --> 00:05:49.254
It's crazy to think about all the things that that one article, that impassioned plea from 19 year old me.

00:05:49.254 --> 00:05:58.466
It's crazy to think about all the things that that led to, which is why part of my reflections this time of year, looking back on the past 16 years, I guess I really wanted to share with you.

00:05:58.466 --> 00:05:59.262
I mean part of it.

00:05:59.262 --> 00:06:15.208
There's a few things I do want to share with you today, but part of it is if you care enough about something, if it moves you so much, if you feel so much energy and excitement and passion inside of you, maybe it doesn't have to be in a good way the Cristiano Ronaldo thing.

00:06:15.208 --> 00:06:18.204
I'm also a Libra, so I just I believe in justice and I'm like.

00:06:18.485 --> 00:06:19.367
We made him, like.

00:06:19.367 --> 00:06:33.548
We bought him as a teenager from a smaller club in Portugal, sporting Lisbon, which, yes, it's one of the biggest clubs in Portugal, but it's nothing compared to Manchester United, one of the biggest clubs in the world and we developed him into.

00:06:33.548 --> 00:06:35.892
He became the greatest player on planet earth.

00:06:35.892 --> 00:06:39.809
He won his first Ballon d'Or, which is the golden ball, the player of the year.

00:06:39.809 --> 00:06:52.172
He won his first one with us and he came to us as an unknown teenager and so clearly something inside of that moved me enough that I didn't ignore it.

00:06:52.172 --> 00:06:59.180
I did something with it, and I feel like we talk a lot in the world of entrepreneurship and in the world of personal development.

00:06:59.279 --> 00:07:03.762
We talk a lot about passion and following your passion and all of that and this advice.

00:07:03.762 --> 00:07:19.487
Yes, you can see that my passion was there and that I did follow it, but really here in today's reflection episode of 16 years, I wanna point out that we gotta start paying attention to the stuff that lights us up, to the stuff that moves us, and those might be two different things.

00:07:19.487 --> 00:07:25.269
The things that move us may not be the things that light us up, but pay attention to these things.

00:07:25.269 --> 00:07:27.908
There's something behind all of these things.

00:07:27.908 --> 00:07:35.766
I've got a million thoughts in a day, but I don't feel the urge to start a blog or a podcast or a business or a product or a service or a software company.

00:07:35.766 --> 00:07:39.259
I don't feel the need to do things with all of those things.

00:07:39.439 --> 00:08:00.519
But when I have that passion inside of me, when something moves me enough, when I care deeply about something, I pay attention to it, I notice it, I jot it down, I reflect on it, I sit with it and I think that's such important advice that we all need to take in our own lives.

00:08:00.519 --> 00:08:01.262
This advice.

00:08:01.262 --> 00:08:04.211
This may not just be business advice.

00:08:04.211 --> 00:08:13.826
I think it's really important for all of us to take notice of the things that we care deeply about, take notice of the things that move us in one way or another.

00:08:13.826 --> 00:08:16.473
We should stop ignoring those things.

00:08:16.473 --> 00:08:25.872
We need to be cognizant of those things and when you allow yourself that space to recognize it, acknowledge it, sit with it.

00:08:26.374 --> 00:08:39.024
I think that's when things actually start to we start to get some clarity, and I think it's important for us to start paying attention to all those things that we care about and that, like I said, either that we're passionate about or that move us.

00:08:39.024 --> 00:08:40.028
Which those two things?

00:08:40.028 --> 00:08:45.051
We may not always use them interchangeably, and I don't think we should or need to use them interchangeably.

00:08:45.051 --> 00:09:03.845
I think we should notice the things we're passionate about and also, as a separate category, we should notice the things that move us, that, for one reason or another, maybe even reasons that we can't explain or understand we need to take note of it and say, hey, hold on, what is this, what's that and that's, that's that's.

00:09:03.845 --> 00:09:22.390
Maybe it'll turn into a business, maybe it'll turn into a project, maybe it'll turn into a hobby, maybe it'll lead you to an incredible friend or connection or relationship that you're meant to have, or maybe it's just one step in your recognition of patterns in your own personal development journey, but I think that this is incredibly important for us to take note of.

00:09:23.024 --> 00:09:44.046
The next thing that I've really been reflecting on with regards to my 16 year journey, since starting that first ever business, a soccer blog, which turned into you know, years later, I started a marketing agency because I had learned so much about digital marketing and other companies were asking me to help them, and so I started an agency with a former friend from high school and a former soccer teammate as well.

00:09:44.046 --> 00:09:59.357
Obviously, these bonds are really deep, and so we did really well with our marketing agency, which then gave me a perspective onto being a CEO and managing clients and having a different day-to-day responsibility of scaling a business.

00:09:59.357 --> 00:10:15.211
I mean, we scaled it to six figures in the first year and there were a lot of things we did right but a lot of things we did wrong, and so, through that experience, it allowed me to have those lessons, those perspectives, those reflections to one day, a few years later, write Wantrepreneur to Entrepreneur, the book.

00:10:15.211 --> 00:10:26.010
That's the book that started all of this, which, as you know, spoiler alert a year later, that book and so many of you incredible readers around the world who emailed me, and you were always just like, can I get more, can I get more?

00:10:26.010 --> 00:10:28.855
And I said more, there is no more, I'm not writing another book right now.

00:10:29.275 --> 00:10:37.674
And so, a year later, I started this podcast, the entrepreneur to entrepreneur podcast, and here we are, 883 episodes later.

00:10:37.674 --> 00:10:41.668
That is crazy to me, and we are well past episode 900.

00:10:41.668 --> 00:10:46.145
Obviously, we record a lot of episodes far in advance, except for these solo Sunday episodes.

00:10:46.145 --> 00:10:50.113
Fun little behind the scenes is that I actually record these on a weekly basis.

00:10:50.113 --> 00:11:10.393
I don't want these to just be kind of in the bank and lose their sense of time and connection to you all, because I do get moved by the Instagram DMs you send me, the emails that you send me, and so all of that is to say that this path obviously has not been linear for me, and I don't know where I'm going to be 10 years from now, let alone 16 years from now.

00:11:10.393 --> 00:11:16.321
It's truly a crazy time period to reflect on and to try to even make.

00:11:16.321 --> 00:11:23.948
Projections forward are incredibly different, difficult to do, and so I think that's part of the reflections is for me.

00:11:23.989 --> 00:11:27.417
I just thought about the fact that, gosh, this stuff takes time.

00:11:27.417 --> 00:11:28.726
All of it takes time.

00:11:28.726 --> 00:11:44.255
Every single step of it takes time, and I feel like when we tune into business podcasts or we watch YouTube videos or we read books or we hear about all these case studies and success stories and we see ads on Facebook and Instagram and it seems like everybody's crushing it.

00:11:44.255 --> 00:12:13.392
And I know that's true and, trust me, as someone who gets to interview incredible entrepreneurs, I love our guests more than you can ever understand and I think that my appreciation for them where I can confidently say that it's more than you'll ever know, it's because I get to connect with all of these amazing entrepreneurs, not as entrepreneurs, but as people I so deeply cherish those moments before we hit record and after our recording is finished, and the emails that we inevitably exchange for the weeks, months and years.

00:12:13.412 --> 00:12:39.131
Stuff takes so long and it's so easy to tune in and convince yourself and trick yourself that someone else's journey was any quicker than yours, because it just sounds like they have things figured out or they had things figured out.

00:12:39.131 --> 00:12:41.272
The truth is so far from that.

00:12:41.272 --> 00:12:47.533
I mean, looking back, even at my soccer blog 16 years ago, the first six months I had no idea what I was doing.

00:12:47.533 --> 00:12:48.346
I had no readers.

00:12:48.346 --> 00:12:58.735
By the way, if you're hearing all those metrics that I dropped at the top of this episode three and a half million readers a month from all over the world, all this crazy success that we had and we never paid for ads, by the way.

00:12:58.735 --> 00:12:59.379
That was the cool thing.

00:12:59.379 --> 00:13:05.293
With three and a half million visitors a month, not once did I ever have to pay for ads or traffic or anything.

00:13:05.293 --> 00:13:10.279
It was all just SEO, it was collaborations, it was proactive PR on my end.

00:13:10.279 --> 00:13:11.490
It was so much stuff.

00:13:11.850 --> 00:13:17.552
I could do an entire episode, I could do multiple episodes about all those growth tactics that I was using back then.

00:13:17.552 --> 00:13:25.932
Totally organic, but the reality behind every single one of those tactics is they took so long.

00:13:25.932 --> 00:13:30.159
For six months, I had literally nobody reading my blog.

00:13:30.159 --> 00:13:31.812
I think it was just my girlfriend at the time.

00:13:31.812 --> 00:13:35.703
My family would check it out every once in a while because I would drop it in the family group chat.

00:13:35.703 --> 00:13:40.514
I would convince my college roommates to go check out my website from time to time.

00:13:40.514 --> 00:13:41.890
And actually, here's something.

00:13:41.890 --> 00:13:46.452
I laugh about it now because, admittedly, I still do this to this day, just for fun.

00:13:46.452 --> 00:13:52.836
But I would go into Best Buy and the Apple Store and I would just leave my website up on all the iPads, all the computers.

00:13:52.836 --> 00:13:56.413
It's something I still love doing today, because you never know who's going to find it.

00:13:56.493 --> 00:14:01.333
But, legitimately, I was convinced that that was a growth hack that I was doing at the time.

00:14:01.333 --> 00:14:02.456
Who knows if it worked or not.

00:14:02.456 --> 00:14:04.250
There was no way for me to track that stuff.

00:14:04.250 --> 00:14:12.702
But, man, for six months, I mean, I would check my Google Analytics and there was like 12 readers over the course of the entire week and who knows how many of those were me.

00:14:12.702 --> 00:14:17.035
Probably multiple of those were me, maybe all of them were me, and so it was a slow burn.

00:14:17.076 --> 00:14:20.631
My first year I made $200, $200 total.

00:14:20.631 --> 00:14:22.115
I probably should have stopped.

00:14:22.115 --> 00:14:24.625
In fact, most people would have stopped, but I didn't.

00:14:24.625 --> 00:14:30.196
I persisted because, well, actually I was naive at the time, I didn't realize how long it took.

00:14:30.196 --> 00:14:41.533
But it took a long time and baby steps happened from there, and I think that this really goes hand in hand with that first reflection of if you care enough about something, then just pay attention to it.

00:14:41.533 --> 00:14:42.769
And I was in it.

00:14:42.769 --> 00:14:49.173
I was having so much fun and none of that stuff mattered to me about how long it was taking.

00:14:49.173 --> 00:15:02.619
And it leads me kind of to the next thing, which it's already been a hidden message in today's reflection episode of you're being prepared in ways that you can't even imagine, and so I didn't know it at the time.

00:15:02.784 --> 00:15:18.076
Truth be told, when I started my soccer blog and when I was running it and managing my team of 20 and closing sponsorship deals with huge global brands like Nike and I was in legal battles with Umbro, for example that was a whole big public thing that came about and it was picked up by the BBC.

00:15:18.076 --> 00:15:28.376
There were so many breakthroughs and inflection points and challenges and obstacles and high points and low points and so much that went into all of it.

00:15:28.376 --> 00:15:35.520
And what I didn't realize at the time is that I was being prepared, prepared for what I have no idea, prepared how.

00:15:35.520 --> 00:15:36.403
I had no idea.

00:15:36.403 --> 00:15:40.133
There were so many things that in hindsight, now I can see it.

00:15:40.192 --> 00:15:46.640
And then in my second business, in my marketing agency, I started to realize oh my gosh, I've been here before.

00:15:46.640 --> 00:16:09.946
I've faced this challenge, before I've had these doubts, before I've had these mindset struggles, before I've faced this business dilemma, before I've had these cashflow issues before I've had this big of a revenue month before I realized then that I've been here, I've been uniquely prepared without even realizing it, and so it was from that moment it took that second business of mine for me to learn this lesson.

00:16:09.946 --> 00:16:27.149
And now in life it's just something that I've adopted where, through the good times, the bad times, just through the times, I just openly acknowledge internally I'm being prepared for something, and I have no idea what it is, and I say this to you in real time right now, doing this podcast.

00:16:27.149 --> 00:16:29.258
You know, 900 plus episodes in.

00:16:29.258 --> 00:16:46.543
I know I'm obviously becoming a better podcaster and that's just part of the reps of doing anything, but Even more so than that way, bigger than just this podcast, I know that I'm being prepared in ways that I can't even imagine for maybe something beyond this podcast who knows?

00:16:46.543 --> 00:16:49.320
Maybe something that happens in conjunction with this podcast.

00:16:49.710 --> 00:16:57.495
I literally do not know, but the one thing I do know is that all of it is preparation, all of it is reps, all of it is me getting better.

00:16:57.495 --> 00:17:01.823
All the things that I experience, the good things, the bad things, the tough things of it is me getting better.

00:17:01.823 --> 00:17:07.991
All the things that I experienced the good things, the bad things, the tough things, the celebratory things.

00:17:07.991 --> 00:17:09.837
All of the things are just giving me more experiences inside of my life catalog.

00:17:09.837 --> 00:17:24.305
And so when these moments of defeat, when these moments of victory, when these moments of trials and tribulations appear again in my life, I've already faced them and I know I've already in some way been prepared for them.

00:17:24.305 --> 00:17:27.077
So that's one other reflection.

00:17:27.077 --> 00:17:37.478
And then the final reflection this week it's something that I just kept repeating these words in my head as I was really reflecting on the past 16 years and I was like who cares how long it takes?

00:17:37.478 --> 00:17:39.057
Who cares how long it takes?

00:17:39.057 --> 00:17:45.239
Honestly, I think that's been the key to so much of the success that I have experienced up to this point.

00:17:45.380 --> 00:17:54.664
All of my businesses is, quite frankly, I don't care how long that it takes, because of all the reasons that I've already shared with you, and obviously, so much of it is a mindset shift.

00:17:54.664 --> 00:18:04.815
So much of it is the way that I attack business and life and optimism and hope and faith and all of these things that fit in together on this journey that we call life.

00:18:04.815 --> 00:18:10.875
But I think, when you're doing something that moves you, when you're doing something that lights you up.

00:18:10.875 --> 00:18:23.473
When you're doing something that you believe in, it doesn't matter how long it takes, and that's why we hear that I've never liked that cliche, that quote of if you have a job that you like, then you'll never work a day in your life.

00:18:23.473 --> 00:18:24.856
And that's true.

00:18:24.856 --> 00:18:28.655
I literally choose to work almost seven days a week, every single week.

00:18:28.655 --> 00:18:29.900
Yes, I do take time off.

00:18:29.900 --> 00:18:32.455
For example, this week, I was in Miami for a little bit.

00:18:32.455 --> 00:18:38.199
I did have my laptop with me and I was maintaining the day-to-day things to keep the ball running.

00:18:38.558 --> 00:18:43.413
However, with that said, I think there's something to it.

00:18:43.413 --> 00:18:57.836
I think that when you're doing something not just for the dollar, you stop caring about how long that it takes, and that's a key thing, because a lot of people jump onto these trends of e-commerce or drop shipping or crypto or who knows what.

00:18:57.836 --> 00:19:06.278
People like to jump onto anything and everything that it sounds like it's an easy and quick win and when it's not, they give up.

00:19:06.278 --> 00:19:21.195
And I think it speaks volumes to the fact that when you're doing something that you actually care and you actually want to do, and something that you actually believe in, you're doing it for you, not for the money or even greater for some of us, depending on our personality traits.

00:19:21.195 --> 00:19:22.373
You're doing it for others.

00:19:22.994 --> 00:19:38.317
That's the stuff that keeps us going, and I think that these lessons, when I look back at the past 16 years, they're all easier said than done, and they all also have come only from being able to look in the rear view mirror.

00:19:38.317 --> 00:19:46.951
If you told 19 year old me that all of these things I'd be saying them 16 years from now, I would have been like, yeah, they sound good, but what does that actually do for me?

00:19:46.951 --> 00:19:55.858
And so, hopefully, one of these things, at least one of these things strikes you and really resonates with you where you are, and it's something that serves you.

00:19:55.858 --> 00:20:08.820
And when I think about these lessons, when I think about these reflections, I ask myself the question of what's the benefit of them, how do they help me today and how will they help listeners if I share them on this Solo Sunday episode?

00:20:08.820 --> 00:20:15.877
And the answer that I come up with is that life is hard, business is hard, any journey worth going on is hard.

00:20:15.877 --> 00:20:19.390
Literally every single journey is difficult.

00:20:19.390 --> 00:20:23.342
If it's worth going on, I promise you it's going to be difficult.

00:20:23.342 --> 00:20:43.893
And I think the important thing from these reflections and from these lessons and perspectives and experiences is just to cling on to one or more of these or all of them, or all of the catalog of life experiences you have as well, and hopefully I can share some of mine so you can add them to your own catalog of life experiences.

00:20:43.893 --> 00:20:52.858
But I think all of these we only accrue to remind ourselves to keep going, because the juice is so worth the squeeze.

00:20:52.858 --> 00:20:58.814
I so firmly believe it and it's why I'm so steadfast on all the journeys that I'm on.

00:20:58.814 --> 00:21:13.718
It's why I continue to show up for me, but also and especially for you, because I know that the world is an incredible place If we all keep going, we all keep making positive strides forward and we all keep growing.

00:21:13.718 --> 00:21:17.830
So that's to 16 years of my growth.

00:21:17.830 --> 00:21:23.391

Dipesh works in the world of IT.

00:21:48.258 --> 00:22:02.743
But this is a man who thinks about time, who thinks about success, who thinks about life in a way that really shows all of these things must coexist in this one solitary journey that we call life.

00:22:02.743 --> 00:22:18.320
They all coexist together when in the now, and he really focuses so much on that In Wednesday's episode, jennifer Golbas she's incredible, honestly, the way she talks about happiness, habits and setting boundaries for success in life and business.

00:22:18.589 --> 00:22:21.941
You're really in for a treat when you hear Jennifer's perspective and stories.

00:22:21.941 --> 00:22:25.000
I love the way she presents all of these things.

00:22:25.000 --> 00:22:32.140
And then Friday's episode with Adam Pisk is really just gonna open your eyes to what's possible in the world of business growth.

00:22:32.140 --> 00:22:40.335

00:22:40.335 --> 00:22:54.513
He wants you to also do the same and he shares the outsourcing techniques that he has used to make all of that possible by tapping into a global marketplace that can and will help you succeed as well, because it's at your fingertips.
