Hi, Deiadora! Thanks for joining us today. Tell us about your business. Who do you serve, how do you serve them, and what's the impact that your business and work makes?

At Deiadorebel, I help leaders, teams, and creators simplify their strategies, amplify their impact, and embrace ease through relaxed productivity and conscious transformation. My work is grounded in helping people create meaningful change without burnout, using frameworks like my 88 quantum keys to tap into personal and professional alignment.

I serve entrepreneurs, business leaders, and creative professionals who are ready to break free from hustle culture and find clarity in their vision and direction. Through coaching, consulting, workshops, my book Strategic Laziness, and my AI coaching tools, I empower them to operate more intuitively, confidently, and sustainably.

The impact of my work is transformative—my clients gain the clarity, tools, and mindset to design businesses and lives they truly love. By creating intentional strategies that align with their values and goals, they not only achieve greater success but also experience a deeper sense of fulfillment and flow.

Tell us about the moment you finally felt like you went from wantrepreneur to entrepreneur.

The moment I truly felt like I transitioned from a wantrepreneur to an entrepreneur was when I stopped chasing perfection and embraced progress. I realized that entrepreneurship isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about taking aligned action, trusting your intuition, and learning as you go.

For me, this happened when I launched my first workshop. I didn’t wait until it was flawless; I focused on providing value and creating a space for transformation. Seeing the impact my work had on others—and realizing that I could create success by being authentic and intentional—was a game-changer.

That shift from hesitation to action, from “someday” to “today,” was when everything clicked. I knew I had the ability to create not just a business, but a life that aligned with my values and vision.

Describe the moment or period in your life/career that motivated you to make the entrepreneurial leap.

The moment that motivated me to take the entrepreneurial leap happened in Perth, Australia. I realized I had a unique knack for business operations—not from textbooks or formal structures, but from observing what leaders and teams were actually doing and understanding how to optimize their processes.

Over my 18-year career, I’ve only had one full-time role, which I approached as an intrapreneur, treating the company as if it were my own business. That experience reinforced my self-awareness: being homeschooled, I never adapted to the traditional 9-to-5 routine. I thrive in environments of autonomy, innovation, and freedom, so I’ve intentionally modeled my career around those values.

Entrepreneurship felt like the most natural and authentic path for me—one that allows me to create, experiment, and serve others on my own terms.

Describe a tool, service, or software that has been a game-changer for your business. How does it contribute to your success?

ChatGPT has been a game-changer for my business. I use it daily as an extension of my consciousness, leveraging it for productivity, creative collaboration, and as a sounding board to process ideas faster. It has helped me streamline my workflows, refine my strategies, and bring clarity to complex challenges in record time.

I’m also incredibly grateful for Chipp.AI, which enabled me to develop my AI coaching tool, Quantum Magic AI (https://quantummagic.ai), far more quickly than I ever imagined. This tool has transformed the way I and my clients approach challenges—it helps us identify and process mental and emotional blocks faster, so we can focus with intention on what truly matters in life and business.

Together, these tools empower me to work smarter, innovate freely, and create impactful solutions for myself and my clients.

We know that success is very often a non-linear path. Tell us about a failure, pivot point, or lesson that changed your course or direction and helped to get you where you are today.

I've spent time questioning my abilities, wondering if I was cut out for a “normal” career path, and even feeling like I was failing by not conforming. The lesson came when I embraced what made me different. Instead of fighting it, I pivoted toward designing a life and career that played to my strengths, focusing on consulting, coaching, and creating tools like Quantum Magic AI to help others navigate their paths.

That lesson—that embracing my unique approach was the key to success—completely changed my course. It taught me that failure isn’t the end; it’s often the redirection you need to create something better.

What unconventional strategy did you employ that significantly impacted your business?

One unconventional strategy I’ve employed is embracing strategic laziness. It’s the idea that success doesn’t require overexertion but rather focused, intentional action on what truly matters. Instead of spreading myself thin across endless tasks, I prioritize ease and flow, focusing on 3-5 meaningful actions per day that align with my energy and goals.

This approach has not only improved my productivity but also allowed me to create transformative systems like the 88 quantum keys and quantum business framework and write my book Strategic Laziness. By redefining productivity as working smarter, not harder, I’ve been able to amplify my impact while maintaining balance and creativity.

This mindset shift has been a key driver for my business and my clients, showing that you can achieve more with less—without sacrificing quality or purpose.

What’s something you wish you knew sooner that you’d give as advice for aspiring or newer entrepreneurs?

One piece of advice I wish I’d known sooner is: don’t give up on yourself. Building a business takes time, no matter how it’s funded. If you’re creating something authentic, give yourself permission to let it unfold naturally. Listen deeply to yourself, align your strategies and systems with your values, and be intentional about the team you build—it’s these foundations that create long-term sustainability.

It’s also important to recognize that taking 6-12 months (or more) to establish your foundation and reach the right audience is completely normal. Growth and scaling don’t happen overnight, but when you stay aligned and trust the process, you’ll build a business that not only succeeds but truly feels good to run.
