What to expect from W2E
Wantrepreneur to Entrepreneur is not just about business strategies (though they are an important part of our show). Our core belief is that mindset is what really lifts you up and gets your business going… and that’s what makes us different!
This show was created with the purpose of supporting you on your entrepreneurial journey with actionable insights and motivation. Our goal is to share the real, raw, authentic stuff. Because we know it gets hard sometimes, but we want you to know you’re not alone!
Our goals, optimism and excitement have stayed the same, but as a show that’s been on the air for 8 YEARS, there have been changes along the way. We started as a 3x per week show with three main sections: Mindset & Motivation Mondays, Strategy Wednesdays and Feature Fridays. However, since 2023, we started bringing in more guests to share their insights and perspectives and expanded to 5x a week! So right now our show is divided into:

- Action Saturdays
- Solo Sundays

A little bit more about W2E
How did this all start?
The story starts back in 2015 when our now host Brian Lofrumento launched his book Wantrepreneur to Entrepreneur: What You Really Need to Know to Start Your First Business after attending an entrepreneurial event in Costa Rica where he felt inspired to share all he had learned up to that point in his entrepreneurial journey.
Readers started asking “Where can we get more?” and that’s when Brian got the idea of launching a podcast to share even more insights and go deeper into his entrepreneurial lessons. He launched the show in 2016 and has been committed to creating real and valuable content for wantrepreneurs and entrepreneurs all over the world ever since.
The show has grown and evolved with Brian over the years. His excitable energy has engaged both listeners and guests who have made the show one of the top 1.5% podcasts globally. With over 900 episodes the W2E team keeps expanding and has the goal to reach even more listeners creating valuable entrepreneurial content!
About Brian
Since Episode 0 in 2016, Brian Lofrumento has hosted the Wantrepreneur to Entrepreneur Podcast. Brian's entrepreneurial journey started with a college soccer blog that exploded to 3.5 million monthly readers. After graduation, he launched NewGen Consultants, a Boston-based marketing agency, hitting six figures in its first year. But success came with a painful lesson in scaling right, leading to burnout and a much-needed reset.
An entrepreneurial event in Costa Rica sparked Brian's passion for sharing his experiences. This led to his first book in 2015 and the podcast launch a year later. Since then, Brian has founded multiple successful companies, co-founded businesses with pro athletes and industry leaders, and sold Launch Coalition in 2022. Now, he takes us behind the scenes of his businesses while interviewing equally passionate entrepreneurs on the show.
