Paola Milewicz had always been on the path to becoming a lawyer. She had a great interest in and experience with the legal industry. However, a new opportunity presented itself when she was introduced to HR while working for a company. Paola quickly fell in love with the field of human resources. She enjoyed working with people and collaborating with various business units and departments to identify and solve problems at both the strategic and employee levels. Paola often found herself working closely with directors and department heads to find effective solutions. She now is an innovative HR Leader who focuses on helping start-ups, non-profits, and SMBs with their HR needs at Marroquin Consulting.
